Raiders scout Raleigh McKenzie, the twin brother of Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie, was caught by NFL Network cameras in what appears to be a state of deep sleep. The NFL Network said it was Reggie, but we are pretty sure it was his brother Raleigh. 

Of course McKenzie was asleep while the wide receivers were testing.

After all, this is the same franchise that stunned the draft world when they took Maryland wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey with the 7th overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft. Heyward-Bey is widely considered a major bust and after stints with the Raiders and Colts, finds himself with the Steelers, his third team in five seasons.
